Here's what you should know about our brand-new sites if you are a previous eberliron.com shopper

1) Your eberliron.com login will not transfer to our new sites

Online Store Customers of eberliron.com will need to create a new account, which you can do here. Once you register an account, your new account login will work on both sites (unistrutstore.com and trafficsafetyproducts.net).

Alternately, guest checkout is now available on both of our online stores and you may now complete the checkout process, as a guest, without creating an account.

However, if you choose to check out as a guest, you will not have online access to your order history, returns, quotes, saved addresses, or other online account services that could significantly improve your online shopping experience.

2) You don't need an account to place an order

Both of our eCommerce websites are now equipped with Guest Checkout, which means that you do not need to register an online account with our store in order to complete your purchase.

Guest checkout, however, will limit your access to such things as order history, quote history, and other features which have the ability to improve your shopping experience immeasurably.

3) Business customers can sync their existing account to our online store

We can grant your Business Account with online shopping priveleges, and allow specific people within your organization to login online and make purchases.

Depending on the terms setup on your existing account, you may  have access to more options for payment once your account is synced. For instance, if your existing account has Net 30 payment terms and is in good standing (account is not over its credit limit and invoices are paid on time) you will now have access to pay by PO at checkout and be invoiced at a later date.

Business accounts will also link to stored tax information; if you are tax exempt and we have your cert on file, your order total should calculate properly, without taxes.

If your account includes special pricing, you will have access to those prices as soon as you login to our store, and you will be able to complete your sale online.

You will also have access to quote and order history, invoices, returns and more.

4) Expanded shipping options are now available

Shipping rates are now integrated with our small package and LTL carriers, so  real-time carrier rates, based on weight and location are now configured during the checkout process.

We have also expanded our shipping options to include the use of your own shipper account, as well as the option to pickup your order from our facility.

To make use of our new shipping methods:

During the checkout process you will choose either "Fixed - Customer Pick-Up" or  "Pay via your own Account - Customer Account" Shipping Methods.

If you choose to use your own carrier account, you will then provide the details of your shipper (Carrier Name: such as UPS, Old Dominion, etc. and your Carrier Account Number). After which you bill be charged $0 additional dollars for shipping and your order will be shipped via the method you have specified.

5) More ways to request a quote

There are several methods to request a quote on our website:

For items that already have prices listed, where you are interested in getting a bulk discount or need an official quote, you may add the items and their quantities to your shopping cart, then click the "Convert to Quotation" button found in your shopping cart.

For items that do not have prices listed, you may click on the "Request Quotation" button that appears on the item page after you have selected the options for that item, then fill out the brief form to request pricing.

You may also click the "Quote Request" link in the white navigation bar, located at the top of our website. With this method, you also have the ability to upload files with your request, such as: drawings, images, etc.
