Smart-Nut™

Smart-Nuts are both quick to install and to remove, resulting in a huge time savings during installation and removal. Nuts are designed to be used with any strut channel that has 9/16" x 1-1/8" slots, but sizing clips are also included so that they can be used with channel that has larger slots.

Because Smart-Nuts are not "tapped" or threaded, like traditional strut nuts, there is no need to debur threaded rod before installing them, and also no need for the very time consuming process of threading nuts onto the rod. Instead, Smart-Nuts just snap into position, saving you huge amounts of time during installation. They are also easy to adjust, making multilevel trapeze installations simple to achieve.

Smart-Strut™

Smart-Strut is sold in your chouice of 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" or 1-5/8" x 13/16" pre-cut lengths, so you don't have to do any cutting on site. Smart-Strut requires no welding and is easy to mount. The addition of Smart-Caps to the sytem eliminates the need for back-to-back channel (double strut), which saves you money.

Smart-Caps™

Smart-Caps are designed to work in conjunction with Smart-Strut to provide an economical alternative to back-to-back channel, and allow you to mount items to both the top and bottom of the strut. Optional Smart-Receivers are also available to make installing caps onto strut even quicker and easier.

Smart-Caps are designed so that they can be used with most standard 1-5/8" wide channel, and are provided in pre-cut lengths of 14", 24", and 120".
